Anti-Doping
Policy
JKFA is fully committed to clean sport and follows all anti-doping rules set by the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA), World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and the International Fencing Federation (FIE). All registered athletes are bound by these rules.
Athletes may be subject to in-competition and out-of-competition testing at any time. Failure to comply with testing procedures or providing a positive sample will result in sanctions as per NADA/WADA guidelines.
Athletes who require prohibited substances for legitimate medical treatment may apply for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) through NADA before using the medication.
Anti-doping rule violations may result in disqualification of results, suspension from competition (up to 4 years for first offence), and ineligibility to represent J&K and India.
